They have been on the cutting edge as bankruptcy law has evolved and reorganization cases have become more complex and sophisticated.

Praise For The Fundamentals of Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization

"This compact handbook merits placement on the desk top of anyone with an interest in
bankruptcy law. It functions as a multi-level reference tool for bankruptcy law specialists and
for those whose clients are in need of insolvency advice that can be dispensed quickly and with
clarity. The authors provide well researched, insightful, authoritative responses covering a
plethora of bankruptcy and corporate reorganization issues."
Hon. Burton J. Lifland
, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Service
for the Second Circuit

"The Fundamentals of Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization is a useful and original book on
bankruptcy law. It presents the fundamentals of bankruptcy law in a manner that separates it
from the more traditional and recognizable texts on the subject. The authors developed their own
perspective on this difficult and complex subject and have given us a text that, when all else fails,
is likely to present us with a pathway through the morass of impenetrable writings to answers
to our questions."
Carl Felsenfeld
, Professor of Law and Director of Graduate Studies, Fordham University School
of Law, Former Vice President & Senior Attorney for Consumer and Commercial Financial Activities,
Citicorp. Professor Felsenfeld was a charter member of the Federal Reserve Consumer Advisory
Council and United States representative to the United Nations Commission on International Trade
Law (EFT Model Law and International Insolvency Model Law).
