is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP, in Hong Kong & Beijing.  He is Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Vice President of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group, Co-Chair of the China Arbitration Forum and a Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA.

About the Contributors:
Lawrence Boo is the Deputy Chairman of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He is an experienced arbitrator and Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore.

Denis Brock is a Partner with Clifford Chance LLP in London. He is the former Managing Partner of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice in Asia.

Jerome A. Cohen is Of Counsel to Paul Weiss in New York. He is also a Professor at New York University School of Law and a Senior Fellow for Asia Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations.

Robert B. Davidson is Executive Director of the Arbitration Practice at JAMS. He was formerly a litigation Partner at Baker & McKenzie from 1979-2003.
