This volume is an organized and enhanced collection of chapters that originally were published in Anderson Kill & Olick’s regular newsletter, The Policyholder Advisor. That newsletter (with which this volume shares a title) has been part of Anderson Kill & Olick’s continuing effort to keep its clients informed of developments in the area of insurance. The book is organized in a user-friendly manner, helping the reader identify issues and find answers to insurance questions.
