Czechoslovakia: Act Concerning Banks
This law creates the legal framework for commercial banking in Czechoslovakia. It applies to financial institutions other than the Czechoslovak State Bank, the status and authority of which is governed by the Act Concerning the Czechoslovak State bank adopted simultaneously with the present banking law.
