Hungary: Act No. LIII of 1995 on the General Rules of Environmental Protection
This law establishes the fundamental principles of the legal protection of environment. Separate legislation will provide specific environmental rules for the following: nuclear energy, mining, energy sector, forests, arable land, and other categories.
