Croatia: Constitutional Act for the Implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia
While most provisions of the Constitution of Croatia of December 22, 1990, entered into force on the date of promulgation, the application of other provisions was made subject to certain conditions. These are stated in the Constitutional Act for the Implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia adopted simultaneously with the Constitution.
