Croatia: Law on Copyright
The law protects literary, scientific, artistic and similar works of authors who are citizens or residents of Croatia, as well as works of foreigners that have been first published in Croatia. Other works of foreign authors are protected in Croatia under respective international treaties or on the basis of reciprocity.
