Croatia: Law on Issuance and Sale of Securities
This law establishes the legal framework for the regulation of the securities market in Croatia. It creates a five-member Securities and Exchange Commission and entrusts it with the task of controlling and regulating securities issuance and trading. The Commission is responsible to the Parliament.
